Recorded throughout 2017 in Antelope Valley, California. All sounds arranged live by WAC ARTS using a modular synthesizer, keyboards, loopers, samplers and an amplified hi-hat. All words are recorded from Lancaster city council meetings originally broadcasted on Channel 28 throughout February, 2017. All recordings are unedited except in a couple cases for time.
